If your ISP throttles FTP traffic HTTP downloads may be the fastest method to get the data from your seedbox to your home PC. To do this just login into your seedbox ruTorrent interface. Now click on a torrent which you want to download in torrents list. Then in tabs click on the "Files" tab. In the window below a list of files/catalogues of your torrent will appear. Just double-click on the file you want to download and the proccess should start. If the option doesn't work, you need to right click the file you want to download and click on "Get File" and downloading should start.
You can do this also in the same way through "File Manager" but then you don't need to click on each torrent which you want to download in torrents list. Just navigate to the file which you want to download and then right click on the file and click on "Open" or just double-click 2 on the file. Downloading should start.
Unfortunately this method has one shortcoming, you need to click each file to be downloaded,manually.
Another option is a direct access to the files downloaded via http, you can use the button "direct http access" which is in your package details or just type in your web browser
http://hostnameofyourbox/username
so if your seedbox hostname is proxy.seedhost.eu and username is seedbox then the address should look like that
http://proxy.seedhost.eu/seedbox
this method is more convenient and better as you can download a few files at the same time and use download managers like flashgot, it's a free firefox add-on.
